Custom, Duty & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any taxes, custom duties, and fees of the goods which MAY be levied by the destination country. Different countries will have different custom policies regarding the import of supplements and creams. International shoppers must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which they wish to ship their products. The consignee of the shipped items is taken as the importer in any case. Please check with the local authorities if you have any concern, and to avoid any unwanted issues with product delivery. The estimated day of delivery that we provide may be affected by customs policies and clearance in the destination country.

Shipping

All international shipping is processed via DHL. Orders placed after 5 pm or during the weekend (and Public Holidays) will be processed the next working day. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped. All international deliveries are estimated to be within 2 to 14 working days.

Shipping rates

We use DHL real-time shipping rates to calculate the shipping charges of your items. DHL shipping rate calculator measures cost based on the weight, size and volume of the items, and the shipping destination.

Cancellation

We do not accept the cancellation of orders once payment has been made. Exchange of goods to a similarly-priced item in our website is permitted. You will need to contact our sales representative via email at: [email protected]/.

Returns and Product Replacement

We do not accept returns for shipped items. However, we will provide replacement for products that meet the these conditions

  1. defective manufacturing due to manufacturer’s error
  2. the delivery of a wrong product.

To be eligible for goods replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the received goods. The products must be returned, unused, in its original packaging, with all the appropriate paperwork and accessories (where applicable).

Items lost in shipment

In the event of goods lost during shipment, or have not arrived past the estimated delivery, please contact us immediately. Cases of missing goods will be subject to our investigation. Once confirmed, we will replace your purchased item with the same item.
